On Friday 19th March, I walked through the main street of the hospital at approximate 15.40 and saw one of your operatives a Mr G Henwood hoovering the carpet. Upon my return to my office, I walked back the same route and passed him again at approximately 1600 wiping the PVC skirtings clean.
