Recently finished on this £10million pound new school for Bam Construction. A long project for us and the pressure was really on near the end but it was worth it as the final results look great.

New Lexus & Toyota Showroom Exeter

St Just

Working for management agent Whitton and Laing we were tasked to carry out external timber repairs and redecorations. Timber repairs were done using the Repair Care System where possible and carpentry repairs elsewhere. Paint System used was Dulux Weathershield. Read more »

Repair Care Trained Contractor

We now have operatives who are trained to use Repair Care the alternative joinery repair system.

Complete replacement of external joinery – wooden windows, sills, doors etc – is expensive and usually unnecessary. On average, 95% of the timber is in good condition and the rest can be renewed, however preparation is essential for its effective painting and long term maintenance.

Traditional prior-to-paint joinery repairs such as splicing and filling are expensive, time consuming and frequently fail, leading to costly premature paint breakdown and further timber decay.

Grade 2 Listed Building

The Manor House built in 1867 is a grade 2 listed building. We have been employed by main contractor Enelco to redecorate all previously painted timber and metal surfaces on the exterior of the building.
